Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the battery last?
4 hours on low heat and about 2 hours on high, which covers a full game. A full recharge takes about 2 hours over USB.
Will it fit on any bleacher or stadium seat?
Yes. The adjustable straps attach to most bleachers and benches, and the seat also works on the ground, in the backyard, or while camping.
Is it waterproof?
The base is water-resistant, so damp bleachers and light rain aren't a problem. Don't submerge it, and keep the battery pack dry.
How fast does it heat up?
You'll feel warmth within 5 minutes of turning it on. Choose between 3 heat levels.
What is your shipping and return policy?
Orders ship within 7 business days. If you're not happy, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund.
